ABOUT
In this section you will find information about our Club including contact information and a list of our members.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions. Any good Web site will have a section like this. Many of the questions answered here are answered elsewhere in the Web site. However, someone new to Toastmasters might enjoy reading the FAQs and the related answers BEFORE diving into the rest of the Web site and related links.
AGENDAS
In this section we upload our weekly agendas which we save as Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files. Included in these documents is our progress toward becoming a distinguished club, and a duty roster for upcoming meetings.
LINKS
What would a Web site be without a Links or Favorites section? Here we have provided hyperlinks to Web pages not included in our Club's site. If you would like us to add links that you think might help make our site better, then by all means please email us with suggestions.
FORMS
In this section you will find forms that relate to our club. One form is the Membership Application, but there are other forms stored here that our members use when attending our meetings. Most, if not all, are in PDF format.
ROLE DESCRIPTIONS
Besides speaking, a large part of what Toastmasters is about is role playing. We speak at meetings and when we speak we play a role during the meeting. This section includes information about our meetings and the roles our members play.
CLUB OFFICER DUTIES DESCRIBED
Clubs do not run on automatic pilot; they require leaders who will see to it that meetings are run well, members are happy, and membership stays at 20 or higher. In order for this to happen, the leaders (officers) have to do certain things which are described in this section.
CLUB MATERIALS
Toastmasters is kind of like Cub Scouts, Girls Scouts, and Boy Scouts. Its members do projects and after completing those projects they are awarded designations. The various designations are described in this section and the club materials (manuals) that describe the projects are identified.
MANUALS
In this section you will find manuals that help the Vice Presidents of Membership and Public Relations perform their responsibilities as club officers.
BROCHURES
In this section you will find some brochures that were downloaded from the Toastmasters International Web site.
FLIERS
In this section you will find some fliers that were downloaded from the Toastmasters International Web site.
POSTERS
In this section you will find some posters that were downloaded from the Toastmasters International Web site.
MISCELLANEOUS
This section is where we upload files we want to include in our Web site, but they don't seem to logically fit into any of our other sections. The file formats may vary significantly: some are XLS, some are DOC, while others are typical to Web sites, ie HTML and PDF. We may even be dumping Powerpoint (PPT) files in this section in the future.
