DESIGNATIONS

THINGS TO DO

Competent Toastmaster ("CTM")
To earn this designation one must complete the speeches required in the basic C/L Manual. See "A" above under Things to Do. The manual requires one to do 10 speeches during club meetings.

Advanced Toastmaster - Bronze ("ATMB")
One must be a CTM before becoming an ATMB. To earn this designation one must complete the speeches required in two (2) of the advanced C/L manuals. See "B" above under Things to Do.

Advanced Toastmaster - Silver ("ATMS")
One must be an ATMB before becoming an ATMS. To earn this designation one must complete the speeches required in two (2) additional advanced C/L manuals. See "B" above under Things to Do. Also, one must complete the speeches required in two (2) manuals from the Better Speaker Series and/or the Successful Club Series. See "C" and "H" above under Things to Do.

Advanced Toastmast - Gold ("ATMG")
One must be an ATMS before becoming an ATMG.  To earn this designation one must complete the speeches required in two (2) additional advanced C/L manuals. See "B" above under Things to Do. Also, one must complete the speeches required in one (1) manual from either the Success Communications Programs or the Success Leadership Programs, or the Youth Leadership Program. See "F" and "G" above under Things to Do. Lastly, one must coach a new member on his or her first three speeches per the Basic manual.
